I booked Ryan into the Kathleen House Plus and he has said he is very happy with the accommodation and would be happy to stay again.

Compact . Everything I needed there
I would have liked an opportunity to recycle my waste in the room with a split sectioned bin or 2 bins .

Location was good for me, room serviced daily for rubbish and breakfast snacks and coffee. Price is close to a cheap Travelodge but has the advantage of a microwave, fridge and sink.
Higher shelves need cleaning, bathroom shelf tipping forward to the point of being useless, bathroom metalwork heavily corroded, walls need a good scrub.
Microwave shelf also tipping forward quite a lot. An amount of noise inside and from the road.
