A traditional out of town 2 bedroom detached private house, away from the main road, with a verandah and garden for sundowners. Plenty of space for kids to play. A nice view to the western part of the island with great sunsets. The elevated altitude keeps the temperatures moderate - cooler in the summer and still warm in the winter. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming!
The property is out of town - a vehicle gives mobility into town or to one of the beaches. Plan for a 15 - 25min drive to Victoria, the Airport, Eden or Grand Anse with a vehicle.

I liked absolutely everything. The view was dreamy and everything I could ask for. The house is so comfortable and spacious. Gentlemen took very good care of me, welcomed to me, helped me with a car rental and let me stay much longer than my actual checkout. I will be back 100%.
There was really nothing that I didn’t like.

Большой дом, уютная гостиная- столовая с большим столом и 6 стульями, здесь же холодильник. Кухня отдельно, без стола, для готовки. Плита газовая, много красивой посуды (тарелки разного размера), кружки, стаканы, фужеры. Полотенца для посуды тоже есть. Большая вместительная гардеробная с полками и шкафом для вешалок. Санузел большой, чистый, все блестит, есть сменные полотенца, в том числе для ног (выходить из душевой). Также были предложено пляжные полотенца. В санузле удобные места для хранения: полки и шкафчик.
Две спальни, в одной большая двуспальная кровать и детская кроватка. Во второй кровать поменьше. Кровати удобные, мягкие. Белье чистое, белоснежное, подушки по 2 каждому, очень удобные (одна пошире и повыше, вторая поменьше, мягкая, можно выбрать). Кровати накрыты светлыми покрывалами, шторы светлые, плотные, все окна закрываются шторами. В доме очень уютно и просторно, ничего лишнего. В гостиной три небольших диванчика, хватало всем членам семьи. В доме в каждой комнате кондиционер, всегда было прохладно. Большое зеркало в гостиной. Сетка на окне в кухне, открывали, когда готовили. Везде арома- мешочки (приятные мелочи, говорящие о заботе хозяев). Через три дня приходили убираться, пока нас не было, (предупредили заранее).
На улице яркое освещение, жарили мясо на мангале, много сидели на улице и любовались видом.
Мы провели в этом доме прекрасную неделю в атмосфере уюта и заботы. Хозяева- очень доброжелательные люди, откликались на наши просьбы. А вид с террасы, с участка- это просто чудо! Даже лучше, чем на фото! Если будет такая возможность, мы обязательно приедем в этот дом! Искренняя благодарность Бертранд и Эстель!

La posizione centrale che permette di essere in mezz'ora sia nella parte nord che sud dell'isola, molto cortese e cordiale la signora che ci ha accorti Andrine, così come i proprietari che, anche se distanti, abbiamo sentito via WhatsApp. Disponibili e gentili. La Villa è molto bella, con una vista spettacolare, immersa nella tranquillità e nel verde con un bellissimo giardino perfetto per godersi il relax nella natura dopo una giornata al sole. Adorabile il cagnolino della proprietà che é subito diventato un fedele amico.
Purtroppo l'odore parecchio forte di muffa e la pulizia non come da aspettative sono stati una nota spiacevole. Il tetto ha dato qualche problema, con il vento forte di questo periodo le lamine continuavano a sollevarsi facendo molto rumore e disturbando di notte, ma abbiamo risolto mettendoci dei mattoni sopra.
