The breakfast was on the rooftop with a lovely view. We were happy with the selection of food. The hotel is very conveniently situated and we could easily walk to all of the nearby attractions. We walked along the beautiful lungomare and we also walked in the city itself. The hotel has an arrangement with a parking building nearby.
The reception staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly.
I knew when I booked that were staying a basement room but I didn't expect it to be so small. There wasn't availability for a better room because it's a smaller hotel and was already fully booked. I think next time I'd stay in a different place if I couldn't get a better room. I would happily stay here again if we could get an upstairs room, so that's not on the hotel as it was clear when I booked.
The photos are not quite accurate and don't be swayed by them. Things are looking a bit scruffier now.

The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to resolve any questions or queries that we had. All the hotel staff were most helpful and so happy.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, clean with good facilities ( even a kettle). Breakfast was good with hot food cooked to order.
Hotel was close to main shopping street and the promenade. Hotel has parking in a private car park and there is parking on street but very difficult to find.
We would definitely recommend.
