Staff are very nice and try to help many thing and do the best they can.
Room was full of mosquitoes and had a noise all night and early morning. Room was not clean , towel were not clean and many things broken.

Fantastic place in Livingstone. Excellent facilities and excellent staff
Breakfast could be slightly better and more organized but still it’s a great place

My stay at this historic hotel was truly incredible! I absolutely loved the beautiful blend of old-world charm and modern facilities, which created such a unique and memorable experience. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were simply amazing — always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
I only wish I had stayed longer! This was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my trip, and I look forward to returning again very soon. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The rooms were big and spacious, some staff members were very good and did go the extra mile. The location was good and it easy to find.
The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the doors would jam, 1 time we were locked out for over an hour. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff was not attentive at times. There was a time when we asked for a scissor and they never brought it
