Clean room, cozy layout and design, and the floor to ceiling glass wall/window is great !
Room service food is subpar - frozen pizza and pho that tasted quite weird to be honest. Not the worst, but not something I'd want unless I have absolutely no other option.

The reception staff were professional, and the on-site restaurant was good. Both rooms were generally clean.
The reservation and payment process was unnecessarily complicated, despite being the legitimate cardholder. I had to go through repeated communication to resolve a simple name mismatch.
One of our two rooms had a strong smell of feet. I had to clean the area with wet tissues and buy room spray myself to get rid of the unpleasant smell. This is unacceptable and should have been addressed by housekeeping before check-in.
Children playing with a ball and jumping into the swimming pool also disturbed other guests. Better pool supervision and enforcement of rules are needed.
Although the reception staff were professional, the reservation experience and room odour were disappointing. I hope management improves its reservation procedures, housekeeping inspections and pool supervision.
