Nice clean and quiet accomodation with good facilities and a nice breakfast included. The host was especially helpful when I had my phone stolen and was trying to find my next accomodation.
The location is quite central - 10 mins walk to the busy central areas. The cornor shop beside the location has a lot of youths hanging around that makes the place feel a little unsafe.
If walking to the train station stay on the left side footpath.
I had my phone stolen by pickpockets on the other side. This had nothing to do with the accomodation - just a general comment on the city and esp around the train station areas.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful! They provided a map and directions on must-see places.

Don't judge this property by the outside appearance of the block it is in. The interior of the property is beautifully renovated. It is very close to the Central Station and many bars and restaurants. Good breakfast.
The property is on the second floor, but there is a lift.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Garibaldi Station, and the staff was friendly with an easy check-in process. Breakfast was decent, although the coffee could definitely be improved.
On the downside, the surrounding neighborhood did not feel very pleasant, especially in the evening. The room had a very strong air freshener smell that seemed to mask other odors. Opening the window towards the inner courtyard brought in the smell of garbage. The room would benefit from renovation, the bathroom door appeared to be only temporarily fixed, and the air conditioning unit was installed directly above the head of the bed, making it uncomfortable to use while sleeping.
