Whole experience was good - car parking, breakfast, room...
The thing that really set this property apart was that every little thing you wanted (or could have wanted) had been thought of and provided, e.g. hooks in the bathroom, tissues in the room, extra sauce at breakfast. A simple point I grant you, but one that is not everywhere
Attention to detail to make the stay perfect

Just a nice well run guest house.

Lovely welcoming couple.
Attention to detail was appreciated. No uht milk sachets as FRESHmilk was provided every day for tea/coffee and hot chocolate facilities in room.
Breakfast was tailor made to personal preference and cooked to perfection.
Nothing was too much trouble and time was taken out of their busy schedule to have a chat and get to know us.
Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everything was spot on.
Parking was on the road and unfortunately didn't think about the large tree we parked under. The pigeons had a field day and the next morning our hired car was covered in poop.

Sam and Diane made you very welcome. It was little touches in the bedroom like a box of soft tissues, and every day the tea making facilities were replenished, with fresh milk in a novel milk bottle. Excellent we would certainly stop there again. Love Al and pearly xx
We was in an attic bedroom, and with us both being old fossils it made the stairs a little difficult, but the service and breakfasts well outweighs this minor setback.
