The service is exceptional and exceeds expectations. If you ask for something, you will get much more without even thinking about it. It’s almost like they have proactive service. It would not be our last visit, and the location has many shops and restaurants that meet all tastes.

Location was in a nice, new location with a lot of restaurants around.
We booked a room for 4 people, but upon arriving we were asked to pay 15 ONR for an extra single bed and could only get one. So we slept three people in a normal size bed and 1 on an extra bed which was too short and the mattress was too hard.
The person at reception said some people like to sleep 4 in a double bed, but they seemed used to this pattern of getting extra cash on top of booking.com price.
