Great location. Very helpful host. Very clean, nicely decorated
Generally all good. Slightly odd theses days not to have smart TV but minor point. Very nice stay at a good price
There are a lot of stairs if that is a problem

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Venise avec un appartement propre et fonctionnel. L'hôte est d'une grande gentillesse et très disponible. Les équipements sont adéquats.

The appartment is super well located, new, clean and confortable. Massimo was amazing. We had problems to land in Venezia due to a storm so we arrived like 3 hours later than expected and Massimo patiently waited for us until midnight to give us the keys and he even bought water and pizzas for us as at that time everything was closed already. He has also helped us preparing the trip with infos on how to get to the appartment and even a video from the boat stop to the appartment. The area is quiet and super close to all the greatest restaurants and must visits. I highly reccomend it.

"The appartment is located in a perfect part of town, just away from the crowd though perfectly central.
The host was very punctual and friendly. Easy to communicate with.
I would absolutely stay here..."
