Location close to the subway, convenience store, fish market and shops. Surrounding areas have plenty of food options within walking distance. The hotel was clean and convenient and breakfast was a nice perk.

Mattress was great! Loved the facilities. Why only one pillow provided though? Robots were cool! Nice Halloween decor. Breakfast was decent. Wish there were more vegetables. The LG steamer for clothing was great!
Only one pillow and quality is so so. Also, I found a contact (plastic for eye) on the carpet. Makes me question cleanliness.

How were the staff? Difficult question - I was greeted by a robot in Halloween costume! Check in was fun. Room was fine - a Korean coffin revitalized my shirt.
Breakfast was substandard / my view was off a wall about 1 metre away.

Breakfast was ok as it gets too crowded and very basic breakfast.
We read its Robotic but actually its just 2 Robots at front desk. Apart from that there is no Robots and they dont do anything, its a self check in system. So to me thats kind of misleading.
