Amazing bedroom, very comfortable, huge and super clean bathroom with everything you need, we had such a good rest it was great!
Nothing major but would have appreciated some sunbeds near the pool.

Great location close to the airport, clean room, comfortable bed, tasty food and helpful staff. We were checking out very early and had a possibility to pick up the breakfast box at 3 am before the flight.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is very convenient, especially for those travelling from the airport. We had a domestic flight and left the hotel just two hours before departure, but we were able to manage everything comfortably and without any stress. The food at the restaurant was okay as well. The spa service was also a wonderful treat after several days of excursions around Java. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay.
The room is not perfectly soundproofed, and we could hear the voices of people walking and talking in the corridors.
The sheets were clean, but had a few visible stains. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom, so we had to use the dispenser in the shower area each time.
A hairdryer was not provided in the room either, and we only realised this after taking a shower, so we had to specifically ask the staff for one.
These are relatively minor issues, but addressing them would make the stay more comfortable.

Well situated near the airport and lovely comfortable room.
The staff weren’t very good at providing a great customer experience - approximately 50-60 people waiting in the lobby for check-in from 11am until 2pm for check-in. I had Grab food delivery with room number attached that sat at the concierge desk and no thought to call the room to advise the delivery had been received. Just not very good at anticipating what the next step of something should be.
