The staff were very helpful and polite, the reservation was for my parents and they took very good care.
The room, the washroom were very clean and spacious, the balcony where my parents could sit and enjoy the sound of nature, the chirping of birds which they haven’t haven’t experienced living in a city for a long time.
The campus is very well maintained, safe and secure.
The food was good and always prepared based on my parents’ request.
The resort is a bit off route from the main highway and the route crosses through a rural road which can’t be travelled on by foot.

Beautiful property - amazing food, lovely time. I enjoyed talking to the staff they were very helpful and welcoming. Every element was amazing, from the entry to the kund - water well it was all so beautiful
Everything was amazing, the property tried to take in all requests. I enjoyed staying there and availing all the facilities.
I found the overall stay and it was an amazing time I had at the hotel

1. location is totally outside Varanasi.
2. Reachability is not that great to the hotel, a very poor road leads upto the hotel.
3. Breakfast service was not great and super slow. You had to ask for the food to be refilled.
4. room service not good. toiletries were not replaced as part of cleaning the rooms. when called to refill that, it doesn't come before half an hour.
