The view and beach access is outstanding.
Broken kitchen tap very inconvenient. No haor dryer. Limited lighting. Minimal furniture. No fans. No wifi. No air con. Very basic but beautiful and rustic. House is comfortable without being luxurious.

Clean and spacious, with everything that we could have asked for, in a great location - just a very short walk down to the beach - with a very nice view. We used the second lounge room as a music room (we had two violas with us) and the acoustics were really great.
No negatives that we were aware of.
