I liked everything about the apartment. Some of the furniture is a bit dated, but for the price paid, this is to be expected. The landlord must make a profit afterall.
The shower needs a bit of attention. There is water leaking onto the floor. It's not a lot of water, but there is some. Also the overhead shower needs looking at. Water does come out of it, but not in a direct stream. However, in fairness to the landlord there are two other shower settings that can be used to direct the water onto a person's body. So, either of these can be used as an alternative to having the water flow down from above the person's head.

Location is great. Close enough to get to town walking and far enough away from town to be very peaceful.
The new sofa was uncomfortable, too high but it looked very new and clean.
