We enjoyed our short stay at the Four Points Flex. The entrance is a little hard to figure out but once we did we were very happy with the central location in Osaka - close to the shopping and the touristy areas but also really convenient subway access for the rest of the city. Our room was a typical business-style hotel in Japan. We had no complaints.
The breakfast was slightly underwhelming, but we appreciated that it was provided as part of our stay. There is no on-site onsen if that is something you are expecting (we were not).

Its a 3minutes walk to the malls (Daimaru and parco) and stores, 2 minutes walk to train station. Very good location. Clean hotel and frindly staff.

Location is gold.
It feels cheap sometimes and notas clean as it is. The breakfast is good but it’s awkward to get it.
