Facilities were clean and tidy beautiful well stocked kitchen (coffee, tea, sugar &, hot chocolate) all plates, cutlery & cups provided as well as a fridge to keep all your food cold also has cooking facilities (we didnt use due to the length of our stay however were clean and tidy) the lights in the communal areas on a sensor so came on when you walked into the kitchen bathroom ect set in a beautiful country side the trains the cafe down the road was reasonably priced and did a mean breakfast and coffee also the train staff were amazing took us around the park. The booking conformation emails were cheery from the off for the dogs body (owner) we knew it was for us from the off i said id never do camping however glamping is amazing all the convince of a hotel in a shed also got us away from technology for a while which was lovely and the fact that the tent came with an electric heater bonus !!! Considering we stayed in the storm we were warm and comfortable

The only thing that wasnt available during our stay was the museum at the bottom.of the park this however isnt the glamping fault however was an intresting part of where we wanted to go again this isnt a reflection on the glamping experience as we had so much fun doing this however would have been nice to know this was shut due to refurbishment.

The location was wonderful and the shared kitchen area was fantastic

It was cosy and perfect for all year round stays

I think it is a bit too strict to be able to fully enjoy the site. We are asked to be quiet at 1105pm just making a cup of tea and playjng uno in the communal area so we didn't stay in there which was a shame. I understand music and loud lighter and talking but you have to allow people to stay at a little and chat etc. Pre arrival information is also a bit curt when discussing noise. I think 12pm is fairer considering we were awoken at 630am by children running around. It felt like bed time must be 11pm with no talking which isnt what you want when on a break with kids and friends
