The apartment was in an excellent location close to the tram. It was fully outfitted and clean.
The espresso machine needs to be descaled but this is not relevant with the cafe across the street.

The location was fantastic, being just one minute walk from the beach, and 15 minutes drive from the city Centre. The department was spacious and with a very large balcony with views of the sea.
The property and decor is very dated and tired, and clearly has had nothing spent on it for many years. Parking our rental car was quite simply a nightmare, although it is advertised as having on street parking, in reality it was extremely difficult to find a space and we often had to park quite a way away and walk back.
Another small strange thing was that there was a large bookcase in the living room full of beautiful English books and novels, but was completely locked! When I asked if we could read the books, I was told no.
