Extremely difficult to find: address does not exist. no sign whatsoever, 36 shekel cab ride and still could not be located.

The location was amazing. Easy to get it all the attractions in a short drive. Great parking and a short walk to a market Aba ice cream shop.
The air conditioner in the living room was having go some issues (started dripping on the last night) but worked. The living room TV was not opening to Netflix.

We stumbled onto City Suites after the usual hotel options in Eilat were either fully booked or overpriced for what they offered. So glad we did. The first thing that struck me was how quiet the area is. It's tucked away on Neviot Street, feels residential and peaceful, but you're still only a 10-minute walk from the beach and Mall Hayam. Best of both worlds - escape the tourist chaos but don't miss any of the action. The apartment itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed. The balcony is massive - we had morning coffee there every day watching the city wake up. Sea views in the distance, nice breeze. Felt more like staying at a friend's vacation home than a rental. Kitchen had everything we needed - microwave, fridge, kettle, stovetop. We made breakfast most mornings and saved the eating out for dinners. The AC units (multiple!) kept the place perfectly cool even during peak afternoon heat. Check-in was simple - got our code ahead of time, walked right in. No reception desk drama, no waiting around. The building felt secure and well-maintained. One thing I appreciated: genuinely non-smoking rooms. I'm sensitive to it and I've been burned before by places that claim to be smoke-free but clearly aren't. This was legitimately fresh and clean. Parking on the street was easy - always found a spot nearby for free. We used the BBQ area one evening which was a nice touch. Grabbed some meat from the supermarket, had a proper Israeli mangal experience.
