Ma pire expérience en Sardaigne. A fuir.

Pas grand chose a part la propreté des lieux.

Lors de la réservation de l'appartement j'ai contacté par WhatsApp, la personne qui gère la location et je lui avais demandé si seul le salon était climatisé ou les chambres aussi. Elle m'a alors répondu que les chambres "aussi", ce qui impliquait que la pièce principale située au rez-de-chaussée l'était aussi. Or dés que je suis rentré je me suis vite rendu compte que la climatisation était absente et que la chaleur était insupportable. J'ai aussitôt contacté l'agence qui s'est excusé du malentendu et qui a reconnu son erreur et m'a proposé de m'apporter un ventilateur. Je lui ai donc dit que si j'avais su que le RDC n'était pas climatisé, j'aurais annulé la location et aurait cherché un autre logement pour mes vacances. N'ayant pu contacter Booking que le lendemain matin pour demander l'annulation, nous y avons passé qu'une seule nuit. L'agence de location, contactée par Booking suite à mon appel, a accepté de me rembourser, sauf qu'elle m'a compté 2 nuits au lieu s'une seule ! J'ai donc contacté à nouveau l'agence qui m'a répondu que je n'avais pas droit a être remboursé mais qu'elle avait quand même accepté tout en me facturant une nuit supplémentaire pour son dédommagement. J'ai donc ouvert un litige sur Booking. Quand à l'appartement lui-même, situé dans une maison qui comportent plusieurs appartements, il est situé en bordure d'une rue très fréquentée. Il est dit dans la description, qu'il fait 107 m² habitables, ce qui est loin d'être le cas. En résume agence pas très honnête et l'appartement est tout juste un dortoir.

Sehr nahe an einer guten Pizzeria. Parkplatz für die Motorräder direkt vor dem Haus.

Die Anlage ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. In den frühen Morgenstunden relativ viel Verkehr trotz der Nebenstraße. Dusche extrem eng.
