The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. We also loved seeing cats and sheep freely roaming around the property, which added to the unique charm of the place. The garden and outdoor areas were beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. The property is very well equipped and seems especially suitable for larger groups who want to spend time together by the pool, enjoy barbecues, and socialise. We particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the distance from the noise and crowds of the city.
Because the property is a historic medieval site, it can feel a bit creepy if you are staying alone or in a very small group. We were also disappointed that no complimentary bottle of water was provided upon arrival, especially considering that the tap water is not drinkable and the nearest town where water can be purchased is about 20 minutes away. The room itself was rather sparsely furnished, with only one chair, a small table, and a small refrigerator. While this was acceptable for a short stay, it could become inconvenient for longer visits.

The facility is very nice
I loved the Location close to Artà and Cala Torta

Location is perfect and the authentic feel of the finca is stunning.
There was nobody there and felt deserted. The room was average. Nobody showed us around and told us what there was etc.

The location is wonderful—tucked away among the mountains, with stunning views and nature all around. You cannot reach it without a private vehicle. There is a 10-minute drive between the room and the area where breakfast is served; this isn't a major issue if you have a car, but it was something we weren't informed about in advance. The room was of a very low standard; more effort could certainly have been made to improve the conditions. Since it was the off-season, the place was nearly empty of both guests and hotel staff. We asked the person in charge for a kettle, and our request was promptly granted. Water from the shower would spill onto the floor and flow into the room itself; we asked for rags, and they were provided. Additionally, there was cat feces in front of another door at the hotel—it remained there for the entire four days of our stay, and no one cleaned it up.
