DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS ITS HIGH SEASON & NOT WITH THIS HOST/ROOM, STAY IN A HOTEL INSTEAD

I liked the fact the property was set in a quiet location of Pattaya at the top of the City. It was also positioned next to the beach so you could stroll around on the beach or swim in the sea. The Bamboo restaurant was also next door, so a fab location to eat out whenever you wanted to there easily. The swimming pool was amazing and large, but i could only use it 3 days out of the 44 days (explained in the didn't like section). The security guards were very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was really nice. 7-11 right outside. That is it, nothing else good about this place!

Due to the cold windy weather, it kept the water temperature to be very cold as there was no humidity, so do not come to Thailand from mid Dec to end Feb! You couldn't swim in the pool at all apart from 3 days out of the 44 days we staid there. The water was just too cold. Its a shame as this was the only reason i wanted to stay here to use the swimming pool and the sea, but i was very sadly disappointed that i couldn't, so i wasted my money staying here. The room i staid in was a joke to be simply put! This was the worst accommodation i have ever had in my life and i really regret staying there. I asked to cancel my stay whilst i was there but they wouldn't allow me to as i had enough and wanted to go elsewhere. The room is basically falling apart. The shower door seal was old and leaked water into the bathroom, this was replaced after i complained but it still leaked a bit as its simply a bad design shower area. The toilet cistern leaked constantly into the bathroom floor when you knocked the cistern. The fan was too noisy and needs replacing. There was no way to mix the shower water, so it was either hot hot, or cold cold, this was crazy that a place like this you cannot have a shower to the temp you want. The water pressure for the shower was very poor. Lots of flys coming into the bathroom from the shower waste. The washing machine leaked into the whole kitchen area on one occasion. The furniture in the room is all old, damaged and falling apart. Basically, its just a Chinese investor that cares about making money than replacing and maintaining the property in a perfect condition. The key card door failed, so this had to be replaced. It seemed that i was having to sort all these issues out whilst i was supposed to be on holiday. There isn't enough sun loungers outside. Stay in a Hotel, do not stay in apartments as these are not maintained like a hotel room would be.

Posizione, brezza marina, tramonto. Staff condominio eccezionale. Unico problema gli uccelli che ogni tanto a tutte l'ore (cantavano) tipo civetta. Per chi ha il sonno leggero...
