Hotel Le Phare is in an excellent location for catching the ferry, which is the main reason we often stay there. It has convenient parking outside, allow pets to stay and has a good restaurant. Price was very reasonable.
The bathroom was clean but a bit tired and could do with an upgrade and redecoration. In particular the shower had rather weak pressure.

Very pleasant staff
I had an appalling nights' sleep. The room was at the front of the hotel so was affected by lighting from the restaurant beneath and street/port lighting. The walls are very thin and do not deaden sounds from other guests and very noisy from the room above as well. Cramped loo.
