Incredibly comfortable & clean room with great views of the Piazza della Sala in an excellent central location. Very friendly service at the hotel.
Nothing - though if the noise of the piazza in the evening is likely to disturb you pick a room facing the Battistero.

The young lady at the desk front desk was absolutely lovely and very helpful. There were no ironing facilities in the room but after a quick message to reception, they provided us with an iron.
The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean and the space was as expected. Bed was very comfortable!
We couldn't get access to the internet. Although we spent a lot of time out of the room, it would have been great to be able to access the internet whilst in it.
No warm options for breakfast but we knew this when booking.
There wasn't much to do (for us) in the area.

Brilliant place, wonderful room, next to great restaurant. Probably the best situated city hotel we ever stayed in and great value.
Amazingly, check in starts at 3.00 and all staff leave at 3.00 so nobody there to check you in, help with luggage , show you room. The parking is 300yds from hotel. Instructions are complex.
