This property was clean, quiet, and beautiful. Bed was comfy, and villa had everything you needed. The pool was a nice temp (not too cold). We didn’t get to use the bath but will be back to give it a try. The staff were also very lovely. They looked after our bags after we’d checked out, and were very friendly. The villa is located right near a mini mart, a laundry, and a small strip of cafes/food places.
There wasn’t much that we didn’t like about this property. It was a great stay! If I had to pick something it would be that the location is a little far away from the central areas of Kuta. But that’s something you should be aware of before booking, so it’s not really a complaint.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They tried their best to make sure our stay at their villa was comfortable. The location is great. Not too far from the Double Six Beach. It surrounding was quiet when we visited.
There was water issue one day. We had to wait for the water to refill to take showers. The air conditioner downstairs was not working properly. I notified the management and they took care of the issues well and quick. But it could have been taken care of before we reached. I would suggest you to request the staff to take care of these issues and they will do that.

The location is good and friendly staff
The bathroom is dirty and the water is felt like slimy and smelly, the living room sofa is so sticky, the floor in the sleeping room also not so clean and sticky on your feet. Many mosquitos also in the sleeping room because the ventilation of the door is not close.
The breakfast was not so satify us , the fruit platter was old fruit.
There are many villas in the neighbourhood which have better options , specially when you want to spend some of your last night in Bali, so i would rather stay in other villas.
