Friendly staff, good facilities. It was more like a hostel than a guest house but with all private rooms. Good well equipped kitchen area and break out spaces. Nice underutilused roof top terrace. Two showers / toilets on my 2nd floor but I never had to queue at any time in my 3 day / 3 night stay. Room was clean and well enough equipped. Very close to restaurants bars and supermarkets.
It was a little far from the metro but manageable.

Bathrobes, well staffed and well supplied, garden was very nice,
Stairs, dark entry, shared bathroom( but really wasn't a problem, we just aren't used to one)

The owner or older man in the morning was truly a very kind and welcoming receptionist. He made my stay nice in this guest house. The location was very good and no noises from the outside although it was next to a busy road (I had a room facing the garden). Bed was very comfortable and the bathrobes were extra luxurious. I think the cleaning personnel did a great job cleaning the bathrooms. Basic bath rooms, but they were always free!
- the people staying at the guesthouse didn’t leave the bathrooms clean for other guests ( skidmarks in the toilet…tooth paste in the sink)
- I could hear the doorbell going off all the time in my room as no one had a key to the door downstairs (al guests had to ring the bell).
-some guests would stay talking very loud near the reception or in the wallway in the middle of the night. I couldn’t sleep until the middle of the night (even with earplugs in).
- all the other receptionists were not really interested or welcoming
