Hotel Ambaibo is located about 6 blocks from the riverfront and 2.5 blocks from two restaurants. It is quiet. It has a nice swimming pool. Room 108 had warm water in the shower.
No breakfast, a 2.5 block walk. Staff does not speak English, but otherwise were good. Room 107, a triple, was not as nice as 108 for a singke person. The shower in 107 was cold water.

Nice quiet rooms around a courtyard with a nice large swimming pool. My shower was even a warm in the room I stayed my second stay. A couple blocks from two restaurants and about six blocks to the riverfront.
These are not significant: English not spoken, payment only in USD cash (no credit card), no breakfast. These were not a problem for me.
