Beautifully decorated and extremely cosy house in great location. 15min walk to Stornoway town centre at the end of a very quiet road with views of the sea. We loved everything about the stay from the thoughtful welcome basket, the lovely and carefully thought out design with lots of nice nods to local culture and life, and the soft bathrobes to the amazing gas fire providing extra cosiness. The kitchen was really well equipped and the bed super comfy! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend Salmon House and will happily come back in the future
My only suggestion for improvement would be to add some towel rails to the bathrooms as there is nowhere to hang up towels apart from one hook on the door. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Excellent location and the house was fantastic. Lovely and cozy, clean and very well presented, like home from home. Very welcoming with a welcome basket which was very much appreciated when arriving late at night.

Location of this property was perfect for ferry service. Whole house has nice homely and cosy feel and we will definitely want to come back next time we're in Stornoway!
