My check in experience was exceptional, the staff member catered to all my requirements, made sure I had everything I needed and also was interested in my day. Thank you for the awesome conversation and the laughs.
The facilities are old and tired however, the experience with staff and the location make up for this.

Room and outside area very clean. Fresh milk in fridge and some biscuits along with usual tea, coffee etc. Very central location in Ballina - only a few minutes walk to RSL and a great Chinese Restaurant next door.
All was good.
