This studio is lovely. It was perfect for 2 adults and a preteen.
It had all the accessories needed and is perfectly located for many local and slightly further away attractions.
Parking was slightly difficult at times, but we always got a space within 5=10 minutes walk.

Very pretty cottage, though I would describe it rather as a studio. Kitchen/living/bedroom all in one. Nicely decorated and with a good range of equipment for preparing food. The location was excellent for Dunblane riverside walks and the town itself. I personally enjoyed being in close proximity to the rail line but others may be bothered by this.
The bathroom was heated by an electric wall heater. This plugged into a standard socket. This is an unacceptable risk and should be replaced with a hard-wired appliance. The bathroom was a separate room from the main one and hence was chilly, therefore it was necessary to use this heater but I did so with reluctance. The exterior of the cottage needed some tidying up.

It was close to Tesco’s the train station and family in Dunblane , very cute cottage , I also knew the history of the building
Could have done with a little privacy from the bed to the pull out couch, but can understand that could be difficult to do. Also one of the blinds needs looked at..

A nice cottage, spotlessly clean. Comfortable double bed. Most kitchen items available.
The information about the cottage needs to specify the two steps into tge property and, particularly, the two high steps into the bathroom. Those with have even slight mobility problems, like me, would find them difficult and dangerous. A mat for inside the shower would make it far less slippery and dangerous.
