It was my wife's birthday, I asked if it was possible to supply some form of drink on arrival to the room, at my own cost. I was informed at the desk that they would not only supply a drink, but that we would have an entire bottle at no cost to myself.
Fantastic service

Great room with excellent views

Bed and bath were great. Clean room and good floorplan - spacious. Quiet and we slept well.
Boring view of buildings and rooftops, fridge with zero spare capacity - for the price paid i would expect a better view
On departure the lift was out of order for 45+ minutes. Too many bags to use stairs.
Called guest services about lift out-of-order and they had no ETA. I had to ask if they could call me back and let me know when the lifts were working because they were not proactive to offer that. They agreed but never called back. I discovered when the lifts were working by going and trying. The Concierge Valet staff member Abdullah was super helpful and helped us with the bag trolley.
