Very clean and well furnished. Comfy bed. Great location. Everything we needed for an overnight stay. We particularly appreciated the central heating and electric heater. It was a stormy night but we were lovely and warm.
A minor detail, I found it very difficult to get the key in the entrance door. Maybe that was just me lol, it wouldn’t put me off going back .

Apartment was spotless clean. Location is great you can walk into the central area easily accessing the local bars and restaurants. Bed and bedding was lovely and all facilities in the apartment.

Good location. Sofa bed and main bed comfortable. Key left in storage cupboard to access additional bedding. Bathroom and kitchen cleaned to a good standard. Easy parking.
Smelly entrance (residents in the block smoking in the common areas). Floors dirty. Tv not working properly but good Wi-Fi so easy to access live tv through iPad. Balcony is very small.

Lovely apartment, beautiful kitchen, living room, comfy bed.
Where to even begin. On arrival I found the key box on the floor (which isn't the most safe and easy access place) once I opened the box, it was all wet inside and the key had rust on it and was bent. When I made it up to the apartment I struggled to open the door multiple times and had to call the host, who already had an attitude from the moment she came to the phone, claiming that this had never happened before and the lock had just been replaced. Eventually, I managed to open the door and called back letting the host know. I then tried the door again to make sure I wouldn't have this issue for the next few days but once again, the door wouldn’t budge, so I was back attempting numerous times, but I couldn’t even get the door open once this time. This is when I knew for sure it was a fault with the key lock and the key itself, the key then snapping whilst in the lock, in the end. I called the host whilst using someone else's phone (I had left my phone in the apartment) and had made that clear, but half way through the conversation of trying to solve the door problem, she started to ask my name etc, as if I was just someone trying to break into the apartment, despite the fact I was already in the building which required another key to get in…
The host said she would call someone out and when the man arrived he said he had to replace the whole barrel, as the lock was misaligned and the key was rusty which could cause problems when unlocking a door, which I had suspected. I later received an apology text for any inconvenience but no apology for accusations and the way she had handled the whole situation. A shame really, as the apartment was lovely. As a result of this, I will not be returning.
