Der Parkplatz direkt darunter,sehr selten in Porto Venere.Vermieterin sehr freundlich, Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt.Zur Begrüßung gab es lokalen Wein und Wasser und Tips für Lokale in der Umgebung

Es gab etwas wenig Kaffeetassen und in der Küche könnte die Arbeitsplatte mal getauscht werden,sah sehr abgenutzt aus.

Krásný, čistý, moderně zařízený apartmán s velkou terasou a s úchvatným výhledem, velice příjemná a ochotná majitelka. Všechny informace o možnostech koupání, dopravy, stravování apod.byly předány hned na začátku pobytu.

Easy access from this outlying area to the historic center via the Gito bus; a round-trip ticket costs €2 per person. The beach is a 4-minute walk away, and there’s plenty of space even during the high season.

Thanks to my previous experiences on Booking.com, I have to respond to the rating of this apartment. Unfortunately, the average value of 9.2 does not correspond to reality. Although the apartment was cleaned upon arrival, we found long black hairs everywhere, including on the bed linen and dishes. Surely the cleaning service's fault. When handing over the keys, the owner was unable to lock the entrance door (expanded by the heat) and left saying that it needed to be lubricated and that we should lock the sunshade in front of the door. :-) Be careful, children and people who do not have strength will definitely not be able to lock the door in this condition. The toilet seat has a disgusting yellow rim, yuck! Investment of €20! The shower cubicle full of mold in the joints was appalling. Overall, the apartment felt musty. The shower faucet did not have a functional switch for the shower outlet. A leaking toilet that we flushed 5 times to stop the water flowing! How much, €10 investment? In the kitchen, the kettle, toaster and espresso machine are unfortunately also disgusting - the kettle is full of sludge and limescale, the toaster and especially the coffee machine have not been cleaned for years. So we did not dare to make tea or make coffee from the prepared Nescafe capsules. Overall, the kitchen equipment does not correspond to the rating and price level of the apartment. The equipment is made up of some household leftovers, for example, the lids do not match the size of the pots at all. The spices were not expired, but the open bag of ground coffee from 2023 did not add to the overall credibility. However, a little care and small investments were enough to make everything in order and the rating corresponded to the average rating. In this condition, I do not recommend it, the price of € 300+ per night definitely does not correspond to the quality of what you get.
