It was exceptionally clean.
While overall, it was very quiet, as other guests staying, there were quite respectful and quiet. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the other rooms.

We had a wonderful stay with Paolo and Daniella! The room and bathroom were exactly what we needed - impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is great, with plenty of cute cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby.
But our favorite part of the stay was definitely getting to spend time with Paolo and Daniella. They're both such lovely, warm, and friendly people who made our stay even more special. We couldn't have asked for better hosts and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful surroundings, clean and comfortable rooms, common kitchen with everything one needs, astonishing views, friendly and responsive hosts. If there was a score of 11, I’d give it!
Thin walls, but there are altogether 3 rooms, so it’s not disturbing

Very clean and well maintained. The bathroom is across the hall, but each room has its own bathroom..Very nice restaurants in the area. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, a bit off the beaten track, but easily accessible by bus. Lovely host.
