The location.Approachable staff.Dining facility.
1)Housekeeping efficiency. For two members in a room, keeping only one set of Bathroom towels.
Had to seek additional towels on two occasions.
2) I had my booking done through Booking.com
With a confirmed final booking amount of Rs.78435.
However during checkin I was informed by the Hotel that due to tax misconsideration an additional amount of Rs.5967 is payable.
This was disappointing as such errors not expected from well established organisations.

The room was spacious and nice. Breakfast spread was very good.
The reception desk staff could have been better trained and more professional.
