Awesome rooftop pool and jacuzzis. The bar staff and food on the rooftop were amazing good drinks and vibe. Close to the beach and bars. Great staff. Great lobby service and bar. Free Valet parking. Asian and Italian kitchen so tasty so good. We loved it.
Loud music outside till 2am we couldn’t sleep on the second floor room. The front desk moved us to 4th floor and that was great Thank You. Gym basic and dirty equipments not nice. Mexican restaurant surprisingly horrible food and long wait.

Well, as a return customer, obviously I like the place since they changed the menu and the restaurant all to Mexican and I’m not as enjoying it as much. The taste are for those who enjoy that type food and it’s not like it used to be on the roof deck it’s still the same problems. He got one waitress taking way time to get a drink to get a food they just more Hel
Mm
Well, not to be too harsh. I do like the property, but it’s still the same thing. Will you bring your car up to the curb? You don’t know if you’re giving the keys to the right person or where your car is gonna end up somewhere safe on that biggest plane is the new menu in a little bit expensive compared to the rest of the places in Playa, but if you wanna be able to bring my understand..

Location
For the non inclusive, breakfast is too expensive. Prefer going one block to fifth avenue for half the price

The staff was great at this location and restaurants were superb
The attempt of trying to swindle you into buying a property in one of their locations. For the price that was paid you would assume there would be more things included. As well as the pool being down without informed previously.
