After only booking this place as we arrived as we b cottages were not fit to stay in this place is fabulous rooms clean with pool view peaceful and the staff nothing was to much trouble always smiling used the pool which was great and breakfast was lovely even have own generator when the power goes off pool towels should recommend this place few mins walk to beach

The staff were so friendly. They went above and beyond. Breakfast was 8-10 but both days we wanted it earlier due to planned trips and that was fine with the staff, we pre ordered and it was ready on time.
Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Homemade orange juice too.
Free bikes came in handy we used them everyday.

Loved it! Staff very kind and easy to talk to. They happily refilled our water bottles throughout the day. Breakfast was good! Nasi goreng + coffee + juice. Pool very nice. It is salt water here but just for a few days it isnt an issue. Gili Meno is SO nice.

The garden, the pool (even though we did not use it), the staff were friendly.
The room was spacious. Good breakfast was included.
The island is beautiful and unique (there is no one around, you have beautiful beaches all for yourself).
The room wasn't very clean. It looked clean overall but it wasn't really clean: there were stains in the curtains, walls and remaining old stains on the sheets.
The place and decor don't have a lot of charm compared with other places on the island and in the region.
The location was not great. The island is small and it's true that it takes you no time to get to the beach, but being in the center of the island was a drawback for us. There are many options by the beach with sea views. Also, the roads in the island are mostly made of dirt or sand and have no lighting, so I would have preferred staying around some clusters of hotels and restaurants to make things more comfortable. The island is anyway not crowded at all, so it's not like you need to escape from the masses or anything.
I got many bites both nights that we slept there that seemed to be from bed bugs. When we asked for a room change to avoid another night being awaken from itchy bug bites, there was no option to change rooms and they did not want to give us back the money for the 3rd night which we were not going to stay. After negotiation, they gave us less than 50% of the nightly cost and we changed to another hotel.
Based on the reviews we had seen, we thought we'd love it here for our honeymoon and were disappointed when we arrived in the room. It wasn't bad but it didn't have any charm.
Similar to other places around, the only windows/glass doors were facing the main pool, so if you left the curtains open for natural lighting, people can see inside your room.
