The car space was difficult to find
On the last day our allotted car space was taken by someone else and we spent considerable time sorting this and getting a daily visitor parking permit.Peppers reception were very helpful

Location is perfect, close to everything, very quiet except for the hoons out in their cars and you can't help that
Pillows were a bit too high/firm for me others travelling with me had no issue

Great location
Easy to access and good instructions
It could have been a lot cleaner. There were dirty marks on walls and curtains. Many aspects needed a good clean.
Very limited supplies (ie, only two rolls of toilet paper and only 4 towels. No spares of anything)
