Staff were so friendly and helpful, food from the restaurant was excellent . Had a lovely massage in the spa. Would definitely go back .very relaxed atmosphere.
Breakfast options for gluten free could have had a bit more choice

Well, the ladies are always very friendly, it's always a warm atmosphere and I do enjoy going into the spa.
It's not so much that I didn't like it, it's just that parking can be a little problematic, especially with coach parties. I didn't have any issue with parking on this occasion, but if it's busy, it can be quite packed.

Beautiful location. Food pretty good in the restaurant. I didn't have much time there so didn't get to use any other facilities. It was unusually hot and there were no cooling facilities so a bit uncomfortable.
The shower was burning hot and unusable, and there was a sign saying don't change the setting! Staff were non-plussed when I informed them.

Clean and well painted/decorated. Scenic and modern. Good parking.
Room was freezing. Electric radiator found and had to be left on.
Rust issue in bathroom mainly radiator.
Bed was solid.
