Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit ansprechender Ausstattung. Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist toll genauso wie der nicht weit entfernte Parkplatz. Die Begrüßung ist nett und unkompliziert gewesen.
Bei 37Grad Außentemperatur wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert gewesen. Bei sonst üblichen 30-32 Grad am Tag und 20Grad nachts ließ sich die Wohnung über Nacht gut herunter kühlen.

Cet appartement est remarquable. Le luxe, le confort, l’emplacement, les équipements complets et l’accueil chaleureux en font un lieu de séjour exceptionnel. Un stationnement est disponible à seulement cinquante mètres, dans la même rue, ce qui est très pratique. Bien que le bâtiment historique et l’appartement ne soient pas climatisés, la ventilation matinale et les volets fermés pendant la journée ont suffi à maintenir une température agréable. La communication avec les propriétaires a été excellente, et ils ont fait preuve de gentillesse en répondant positivement à nos demandes et réflexions.
Depuis dix ans, nous avons réservé par Booking et visité une cinquantaine d’appartements, d’hôtels et de maisons. Rarement avons-nous été aussi bien qu’à l’Hôtel d’Alfonce. Nous lui donnons la note maximale de dix sur dix!
De nombreux touristes qui passaient par la boutique de boissons voisine prenaient des photos de l’immeuble sans se soucier de notre intimité ni de notre présence sur la terrasse.
Ce problème a cessé lorsque nous avons contacté le propriétaire.
L’autre inconvénient est le bruit occasionné par les enfants de l’étage supérieur, qui, à certains moments, n’hésitent pas à tester la résistance du plancher au-dessus de nos têtes.
Ces deux problèmes n’ont pas été rédhibitoires. Nous les considérons comme de légers désagréments, j’ai donc décidé de ne pas pénaliser l’établissement en baissant la note. Donc la note maximale !

La longue terrasse, les différentes pièces spacieuses, l'emplacement très proche de la vieille ville, le parking privé, l'équipement de l'appartement très complet... Assurément notre meilleure location depuis 30 ans de vacances dans la région !
Baignoire inutilisable (fuite), bonde du lavabo de la même salle de bain hors d'usage, séchoir hors-service, beaucoup de touristes venant photographier la beauté des lieux donc nous-mêmes en train de vaquer sur notre grande terrasse...

Filthy cutlery,crockery.
No freezer as door was frozen shut
I spent 2 days and used and washed 4 towels whilst defrosting
3 fans on site,temps 36 degrees plus....only 1 small one worked
Bed linen stained and mattress topper yellow and stained undernearh
Flowers on balcony either dead or dying
No umbrella for table on balcony it was hidden under plaster dust and rubbish at far end of balcony.
This was so sad as we had enjoyed the same place the previous year.
A family member called for payment as we arrived and later,when we advised the owners that there were issues we were told that the family was away from France dealing with issues.
The man who collected the 2000 plus euros never appeared again!
We did advise the owners again about all of the issues and initially felt sad that we were being put in a position where we had to put up with things with no local back
Since returning home we again contacted the owners saying we would leave feedback and before that hapened,did they want to offer any comment
Nothing......
This feedback is submitted honestly,trust me, I have photos supporting the comments... it's just that it seems wrong to abandon people and expect problems to go away.
I guess if you have the money already then.........
As a footnote the dishwasher stopped working and yes,mechanical things fail,to stop in and wait for it to be repaired was not on our schedule.
