Crystal Shores West 1308 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the west corner of the 13th floor. Enjoy panoramic views from every room!

• Porcelain wood plank flooring in all bedrooms; 20" tile throughout the remainder of the unit.
• Fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, all-black appliances, and set-in black granite countertops. The dining table seats six, with three additional bar stools.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.
• Living area features two leather recliners and a leather sofa with recliners on both ends.
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed.
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
• Third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)
• Keyless entry for convenient check-in and check-out.
Policies:
• Parking for a maximum of two vehicles.
• No RVs or trailers allowed on-site.

Nice condo right on the beach. The room was accurate from the pictures. We do have to mention we brought kids and there is a rule you cannot jump in the pool or play around to much or the security would get on to the kids. We didn’t really love that but overall the condo is nice.

The property was very nice but the alarm going off in the stairway at 3am and then again at 7am was not acceptable then finding out that it didn't contact the fire department or the police department made us nervous about staying on the 13th floor with no fire or police response if the alarm goes off ,it defiantly was a eye opener and for that reason I'm not sure we would stay there again.
