Excelente localização. Bairro super agradável com comércio próximo. Supermercado a 300m.

Perfecte ligging. Was goed gepoetst.
Lampje koelkast was stuk.

Easy access to the keys, simple process to get tgem abd to leave them when leaving
Appliances are in good condition
Ventilation was good, with windows at front and rear for cross air.
There were sounds from the neighbours, some days arriving at 5 am, isolation is not good.
No air condition installed, only ventilators, luckily weather was not too hot.
