The maintenance of the property is brilliant, very well maintained room
The staffs were ok especially the ones handling the pool and jacuzzi. There was slight delay there and in the in house restaurant

The it is designed, I loved the amalgamation of nature and the property
The in room service was a little sluggish

The property is beautiful, specially the tree houses have a nice view. It is good for 1 or 2 nights stay.
Service level of this property was low compared to the tariff. It seems they do not have enough housekeeping staff as well as low on staff at their dinner restaurant.
Also, I would suggest stay between Dec and Feb. I visited in Oct and the Vineyard was completely dry.

The service is very slow Also one of the staff at the restaurant was little discourteous to me
