Schoon, groot, het welkom van de eigenaar en amenities
De eigenaar kwam bijna elke dag onaangekondigd binnen en had elke keer wat op te merken om bijv een lampje buiten uit te doen en dan stond hij laat in de avond nog bij ons binnen. We miste in dat opzicht wat privacy

Heel nette en ruime villa, elke slaapkamer voorzien van eigen badkamer met toilet, Tuin met ruim zwembad met genoeg ligstoelen, leuke bbq- (en pizzaoven-) plaats voorzien van afwasbak.
Leuk uizicht richting zee.
Keuken voorzien van alle toestellen, genoeg kookgerei en servies. parkeerplaats overdekt voor 2 auto's.

A quelques minutes de Réthymnon en voiture, superbe villa, confortable, spacieuse et très (très) bien équipée.
Piscine et jardin très agréable pour se rafraichir (T° ext. environ 30°C début septembre) .
Theo est un hôte charmant, disponible et toujours prêt à vous aider.
Accès à de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés en quelques minutes
Un véhicule est vivement recommandé pour se déplacer vers Réthymnon mais surtout vers les autres spots de l'ile.

the space and layout of the house was great
the landscape and the yard were very nice with the long chairs by the pool and the big outdoor tables and outdoor bbq nice looking house big bedrooms cleaning lady was very nice
having a bathroom in every bedroom was nice
for most of our stay the pool was green and cloudy
fridge and freezer issues
all the batteries in the remotes for tv and a/c were dead
upon booking they said they had baby gates in the description and none were provided(reason was that the last tenants broke them)
high chair provided was disgusting and unsafe had to buy our own
owner lives in the basement and allows himself to come in as he pleases when we are gone (our teenager caught him one day when we were out)
was really insisting on turning the ac off during the day which was a bit annoying considering the price you pay to stay there after long days in the heat its nice to come home to a house thats not hot and stuffy
bathroom facilities really need an upgrade several showers were problematic
wifi on the second floor was terrible and pretty much non existant
