Phenomenal location by the bustling square. Close to many food, bakery, coffee options. Host went above and beyond to get using after previous guest stayed 3 hours past checkout.
Mattress is old and sunken. Pillows are just about the cheapest you could find. All furniture was in good shape but very low end feel. Wall border was Styrofoam to look like stone. Missing a huge piece. Needs some TLC and some pretty easy upgrades to feel much more high end.

The apartment couldn’t have been closer to Monastiraki station, access was easy via a key box, and the bed was comfy.
There’s some street noise from below, but that’s normal for a city.
The key box was a bit hard to lock again.

Prime location, opposite Monastiraki metro access. Big room.
There are small details that are the reason the studio is not a 10 like water marks in the ceiling corner by the window, detached decorative trim strips from the walls. Apartment has been refurbished but quality could be improved.

In heart of Monastiraki, very close to hop on off location.. and ton of restaurants
No washing machine inside property
you have to go to laundry across the street. ( wasting time)
Bathroom door handle is broken and keeps falling off..
the light on the shower can’t turn on.
shower hose has a leak .. water keep spraying everywhere and to have hot water its to much of a hassle
we have to turn on the hot water using the switch on the electrical panel 15 minutes and turn it off again before take a bath
