The apartment was beyond what was expected. Lovely renovated rooms, painted ceilings a luxurious bathtub which was wonderful on a cold rainy day. The host was very welcoming and engaging as was his adorable dog. The breakfast was excellent including some really good baked items.
There was nothing we did not like

Paolo and his staff: chill and helpful.
Slightly fuzzy on the arrival, I rang doorbell no one came out. Better to just call - it goes directly to Paolo’s mobile. You’re welcome for the tip! 😂

The owner was very nice and accommodating. My dinner in tow was exceptional based on the owners recommendation. The property has a great location but I have serious allergies and was not able to stay due to the musty smell in the room and the air conditioning did not work. I also did not see anything related to a spa which was odd because the name had spa in the title.
