The hotel is great, really comfortable. The room is small, but fits perfectly. Great bed and delicious shower. My daughter loved to sleep in the bed above us.

The hotel's location is one of its strongest points, offering convenient access to São Paulo while also being strategically situated for travelers heading out of the city toward Sorocaba (Rodovia Castelo Branco).
The service provided by the hotel staff is practically nonexistent. There is a WhatsApp number advertised for hotel services, but no one ever responds to messages. Absolutely ZERO response. Very disappointing customer service. The rooms also need better maintenance and attention to detail. The bathroom faucet was loose and not functioning properly. Cleanliness was another major concern, as the bathroom had hair and shaving residue left behind from previous guests. Honestly, quite disgusting and completely unacceptable for a hotel.
