The resort was beautiful as advertised, wherever you look there's a nice view. The villa was spacious and comfortable. Kids loved the play area around Forest Cafe and enjoyed playing with animals alot. Breakfast also was great and enjoyable with all food Halal.
Perhaps need to improve security, as there were some young teenage boys trespassing the property near Forest Cafe and try to have small talk with the tourists there.
Moreover, there is no kids pool, the available in-door pool is designed for adults as part of the spa.

the hotel has the same tranquil atmosphere.
Make the guest feel genuinely cared for, rather than as though you’re simply performing your duties

Every thing was great specially the breakfast very good
I think they need to renew the furniture because the bed was having sound even the toilet seat having sound of moving,
As the hotel is 5 stars they have to look for renovations and makes new furniture and new styled rooms

Undoubtedly, all were perfect.
The breakfast and dinner could be better with more options.
