The pool complex is very pleasant. Our terrace was large, sunny and had table, chairs, and umbrella and overlooked the garden and pool. Air conditioning in the bedroom (only). The bedroom was adequate. The location was good, walkable to everywhere we wanted to go: beach, old town, groceries.
The kitchen is very small and poorly equipped for cooking or food storage. Small sink. Very small work surface. Only the bedroom had air-conditioning but there was some sort of 'cooler' in the living area that didn't really cool. There is a lack of privacy as all terraces are in view or earshot of all others. But the worst problem is that the school next door produces a cacophony of very, very noisy, happily playing students on a play surface directly adjacent to the property. The noise factor is a real problem for a good part of the day and even some evenings as sports groups use the play surface. Lighting in the kitchen and dining area is poor. Lack of storage in bedroom.

This is a lovely apartment. I think a townhouse with a beautiful garden converted and extended to make apartments and studios. Well equipped - everything you need unless you want to make a three course dinner - and who does on holiday with so many great dining options close by. Very central with shops and supermarkets within short walking distance. Right next to a school - we loved to sit in the garden and listen to the children playing, but other visitors might not like the noise! The host was very responsive and efficient.
