A beautiful hotel in a great location, just a short walk from the lovely centre of Karlovy Vary! The rooms were nice, comfortable and well maintained, with a good bed. Overall, a very pleasant hotel!
Unfortunately, there was one major downside. The air conditioning in our room was not working and displayed an error code. Apparently, this was a technical issue that required a technician to reset the system, so it was not something we could simply fix ourselves.
Since we stayed in August, right in the middle of summer, this was quite disappointing. Having working air conditioning during hot summer nights really makes a difference!
Apart from this issue, we enjoyed the hotel and its excellent location. A lovely place to stay, but the air conditioning definitely needs attention!

Though the location is on the heel I really liked walking back to the hotel after dinner, it was definitely good for digestion 😂
The room and the bathroom were pristine, receptionists were really friendly and helpful! ❤️
And overall this hotel is a very good value for money.

Perfect location - if you do not mind to climb a little bit, but most of the city is built on hills. The room and especially the bathroom was really spacious and stylish, much better experience than a simple hotel room.
Just for nitpicking: a smart TV (youtube etc) would have been great for the rainy day. Also, we could park our car without problem - but I think if the hotel had been full, we'd been in trouble.
