This is a perfect little business hotel located at the edge of town, within a short walking distance of the centre via the river. Inside you'll find extremely modern comfortable and spacious rooms with everything you'll need for a stay. When I arrived everything was spotless and the lady at the desk was extremely polite and helpful, and knows very good English.
The absolute highlight of my stay was when the receptionist helped me organise a private taxi drive over the mountain pass to Meghri for a very reasonable price. I was extremely grateful for her help as it was organised late in the evening and there would have been no other way of visiting Meghri without missing my flight from Syunik Airport the next day. She communicated with me throughout the trip to make sure I was alright and well, and I felt very looked after.
Having that help from such a kind person was without a doubt the highlight of my trip, and made my ambitions in visiting this region a possibility. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting Kapan or the region and will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area. Thank you for everything!

Սպասարկումն բավականին լավն էր,առանց գնի փոփոխության ավելի լավ սենյակ առաջարկեցին:
Ինչպես նաև էլեկտրական մեքենաների համար լիֆքավորման անվճար կայան ունեին

Bed was good. Hotel was clean.
The hotel is situated in the middle of a depo. Truck drivers are everywhere which is not nice for a hotel. It doesn't also have a lift to take heavy luggages upstairs.
